Race for Kids - 2017 - Saskatoon
Welcome to Boys & Girls Clubs of Saskatoon!
Boys & Girls Clubs of Saskatoon is one of our city’s best-kept secrets!! Boys and Girls Clubs of Saskatoon is a growing non-profit organization that has been in Saskatoon for more than 40 years  and is dedicated to serving children and youth in our city.

We do all sorts of things at BGC Saskatoon in 42 different program sites! We offer Neighbourhood Club programs in Confederation Park, Pleasant Hill, White Buffalo Youth Lodge and Core Neighbourhood Youth Co-op, Mini Clubs, Before & After School Programs, Preschools, an Early Learning Centre, Summer Day Camps in Saskatoon and at Pike Lake and a Youth Employment Program!

We know just how to keep our kids busy and we believe that every kid has potential!

Quick Facts on BGCS:

  • Boys and Girls Clubs of Saskatoon touched the lives of more than 3500 of Saskatoon's children and youth in the past year in the following programs:
  • Our Confederation Park, Pleasant Hill, White Buffalo and Core Neighbourhood Club programs and our Mini Club Programs are open at no cost for the children and youth who participate
  • We keep our fees as low as we can for our Before & After School Programs, Preschools, Early Learning Centre and our Summer Day Camps so that as many families as possible can use them
  • Boys and Girls Clubs of Saskatoon employed more than 200 full and part time staff in 2015 and had 34 regular volunteers, 45 parent volunteers and 53 practicum students helping out in our programs

Why Participate in Race for Kids™ in Saskatoon on May 27, 2017?
We do our best to make sure that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay. We work hard to ensure that all children and youth - regardless of their circumstances - can access our programs, services, and supports where and when they need them. We know we can’t do it alone and we rely heavily on community support to help continue our work. That’s where you come in!

By participating in this year’s Race for Kids™, you will be an important part of helping our Club move forward. Funds raised will go directly back into our programs so that we can continue offering the types of programs our young people need the most.

Thank you for your support of Boys & Girls Clubs of Saskatoon in providing our children & youth with A good place to be!
